Privacy Policy

What DeepAny handles, what stays in your browser, and how to make a privacy request.

1. Who handles your information

DeepAny LLC operates DeepAny.AI and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. It covers the website and Studio workflows, including account services, local project storage, and requested server-side processing.

For privacy questions or requests, email official@deepany.ai. You do not need a Discord account or a public community post to contact us.

2. Information we handle

Account and purchases. Your email address, display name, account identifier, sign-in and verification information, account status, balances, subscription entitlements, and transaction references or payment status. Google sign-in also supplies the account information authorized through that sign-in flow.

Network and service information. IP address, randomly generated browser and guest identifiers, referral identifiers where used, network or abuse-prevention signals, and technical request or error information. Account registration can send network-derived identifiers and VPN, proxy or Tor indicators to the account service.

Creative work. Prompts, notes, uploaded images, audio, video, masks, reference frames, settings and generated results needed for the features you request. These may contain personal information about you or someone else. Submit only information you have the right and necessary permission to use.

Support. Messages, report descriptions, account or job references, and any screenshots or diagnostics you submit. Do not include passwords, payment card details, private keys, or unrelated sensitive information.

3. What stays local and what is sent

Studio keeps its project, asset and job records, including locally saved media, in this browser's IndexedDB storage. Preferences, account caches and browser identifiers can also be kept in browser storage. A local project is not a cloud backup and does not automatically appear on another browser or device.

Requesting generation, editing, masking, media inspection, or prompt assistance can send the required media, frames, prompts, settings and identifiers to DeepAny processing services. Some of those actions happen before you press Generate. Server-side processing is not browser-only processing.

Account and entitlement information is handled separately by DeepAny account services and Google Firebase. A project being local does not mean its submitted processing requests or related account records never reach a server.

Studio projects are not public galleries. If you share a file, export, screenshot or download link, recipients may be able to access the material. Do not assume that a link is a private or permanent archive.

4. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide requested processing, deliver results, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent fraud and misuse, diagnose service failures, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Where a law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to provide an account, purchase or requested feature is based on performing the agreement with you; required legal records are handled to meet legal obligations. Security, abuse prevention and service troubleshooting rely on legitimate interests where available and after considering your rights. Optional processing that legally requires consent must rely on that consent, not merely on your visit to the website.

The limited processing permission in the Terms of Use does not grant a blanket right to publish private media or use it for unrelated model training. A new purpose requires an appropriate legal basis and notice, and separate permission where required.

5. Services and recipients

Information is handled by DeepAny's processing and support services and by providers needed to deliver the feature you use. The website's integrations include:

  • Google Firebase and Google sign-in: authentication, account records and related cloud services.
  • Cloudflare: website delivery and network or security services, which can process connection information.
  • Payment providers: the provider identified at checkout handles payment details; DeepAny receives information needed to confirm and manage the purchase.
  • Google advertising services: choosing "Load rewarded ad" loads the ad provider, which can receive device, network, cookie and advertising information. Loading an ad does not guarantee a reward.

Support personnel may review information needed to investigate your request or an abuse or security concern. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights, subject to applicable law.

External payment, sign-in, advertising and community services have their own privacy information. Following a link to Discord or another external site is optional; their policies apply to activity on those services.

6. Cookies, browser storage and choices

Browser storage supports sign-in state, security identifiers, saved preferences and Studio projects. Some records last for a browser session; others persist until removed by the application, you, or the browser. Blocking or clearing this storage may sign you out, reset preferences or permanently remove local projects and media.

Optional ad or tracking services can use their own cookies and identifiers when enabled. Review the controls shown for that service and your browser's cookie settings. Where consent is required for non-essential storage or tracking, reading this policy or using the site is not a substitute for that choice.

Export important projects before clearing site data. Signing out is not the same as clearing local Studio storage, particularly on a shared device.

7. Bug reports and optional follow-up

The report form sends the description and category you submit, plus any screenshot you attach. Technical diagnostics are selected by default in the current form; you can review them and turn them off before sending. They can include the page path, workflow and job identifiers, error text, application version, browser, language, platform and screen dimensions.

When signed in, a report can be associated with your account. Email notification when a report is marked fixed is separate and off by default. It is sent only when you select that option. A bug report or its screenshot is not automatically covered by a processing worker's temporary-media cleanup.

8. Storage and retention

Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose; there is no single deletion timer for all DeepAny information.

  • Local projects and media: remain in your browser until you remove them or browser storage is cleared or evicted. Session-only storage can disappear when the session ends.
  • Server processing copies: are temporary working inputs, results and associated processing state, rather than an archive. Retention depends on completing the request, delivering the result, relevant support or safety needs, and the workflow's cleanup schedule. Download results promptly; recovery is not guaranteed.
  • Account and purchase records: are retained as needed to operate the account, honor purchases and meet accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal requirements.
  • Support, security and diagnostic records: are retained as needed to resolve the issue, maintain service security and meet applicable legal requirements. Necessary legal holds or backup copies may outlast the ordinary operational copy.

Removing an item from Studio does not, by itself, prove that every processing copy, log, support attachment or required transaction record has been erased. Contact us for a request covering server-held personal information.

9. Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access to your personal information, a copy, correction, deletion, restricted processing, or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for processing that relies on it. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

To make a request, email official@deepany.ai and describe what you need. Include the account email or relevant reference if you have one. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority, but do not send a password or authentication token. You do not need an account to report a concern about your information in someone else's content.

Use Delete account for the account-deletion flow. Export your work first. Account deletion does not automatically erase browser-local Studio files; remove those separately through Studio or your browser settings.

Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. Some records may need to be kept for a legal obligation or a legitimate exception; we will explain an applicable restriction. You can complain to your relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the authority in your EEA country, where those rights apply. You can also ask support to review an account restriction or an automated rejection you believe is incorrect.

10. International processing and security

DeepAny and its infrastructure providers can process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Provider locations and the service you use determine where processing occurs. Contact us for details relevant to your request and any applicable transfer safeguards. Where transfer rules apply, an appropriate legal mechanism is required; using the website is not blanket consent to international transfers.

Account authentication, access controls and secure connections help protect information. No online system or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device and account secure, avoid sharing private download links, and contact us about suspected unauthorized access.

11. Children and other people's information

Meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use and the laws that apply to you. Do not submit a child's personal information without a lawful basis and the necessary permission. Sexualized content involving minors is prohibited, including AI-generated or fictional depictions.

A parent, guardian or other affected person can contact us about information submitted without appropriate authorization. We will review the concern and take the steps required by applicable law.

12. Updates and contact

The date at the top identifies this notice's revision. If our processing changes, this notice must reflect the new activity; we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where legally required. A policy update is not, by itself, permission to use existing private media for a new purpose.

For a privacy request, contact official@deepany.ai or DeepAny LLC at the address above. General support and account questions can use the same private contact route.
