1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of DeepAny.AI and DeepAny Studio, operated by DeepAny LLC ("DeepAny", "we", "us"). They apply alongside the Guidelines, feature-specific conditions, and the purchase terms shown when you pay. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Use the service only if you accept these terms. Where applicable law requires a separate agreement or consent, using the website alone does not replace it.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, either yourself or through a person legally authorized to act for you, and meet any age or eligibility requirements that apply to the service you use. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Maintain one main account. Do not create additional accounts to evade restrictions, obtain rewards improperly, or bypass payment or usage limits.

3. Credits, subscriptions and charges

Before paying, check the selected package, included services, credit amount or subscription term, price, and any fees or taxes. Checkout prices are in USD unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. A displayed daily subscription rate is a comparison, not daily billing. Any recurring payment or renewal must be disclosed before you authorize it.

Purchased credits do not expire merely with the passage of time. Subscription access lasts for the term and services you purchase. Promotional, daily and reward credits can have separate conditions. A package does not include every workflow or remove technical limits unless its purchase terms expressly say so.

Generation costs depend on the workflow and selected options. Review the price or quote before submitting a chargeable request. A queue estimate is not a completion guarantee. Starting, cancelling or retrying a request does not by itself establish whether a charge has been refunded; check your account or contact support about a disputed charge.

4. Refunds and billing problems

Subscriptions and credits are generally non-refundable for a change of mind, except where applicable law or the terms of your purchase give you a refund or cancellation right. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for a defective or misdescribed service, or rights that applied when you made an earlier purchase.

For a technical failure, incorrect charge, missing purchase, or poor result, email official@deepany.ai with the account email, transaction or job reference, and a description of the issue. After review, an appropriate remedy may include restoring process credits, correcting a purchase, extending subscription access, or issuing a payment refund. A credit adjustment is not the same as a cash refund.

We do not offer discretionary compensation for a request that violates the content rules. This does not override a refund required by law. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or authentication tokens to support.

5. Your media and generated results

You retain the rights you have in media, prompts and other material you submit. You give DeepAny the limited permission needed to receive, store, process and return that material to provide the features you request and address related support or safety issues. This does not transfer ownership or grant a blanket right to publish your private media or use it for unrelated model training.

You may use results only where you have the necessary rights and comply with any restrictions disclosed for the selected feature. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, accurate, or free of third-party rights. Review the result before relying on it or using it commercially.

6. Permitted use and identity consent

Use only media and identities you have the legal right and necessary permission to process. Publicly available photos, videos or voice recordings are not, by themselves, permission to manipulate a person's identity.

• Do not upload, request, generate or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
• Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful impersonation, fraud, harassment, or material that unlawfully infringes privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Do not attack the service, distribute malware, steal credentials, circumvent access controls, or disrupt other users' work.

Do not present synthetic or edited media as an authentic recording where doing so would deceive or harm others. Add disclosures where required by law or the publication context. Report safety or rights concerns privately to official@deepany.ai; do not repost abusive media in public support channels.

7. Availability, storage and backups

Features, processing methods and supported inputs may change. Queues, maintenance, capacity limits and technical failures can affect availability. Output can contain errors or unwanted details, and a particular artistic result is not guaranteed. A workflow preview or saved draft does not guarantee that its processing service is available.

Studio stores project work and media in your browser, while requested processing can send inputs and results through DeepAny servers. Temporary server download links are not a backup service. Download results and export projects you need to keep. Browser cleanup, private browsing, storage limits, or changing devices can make local work unavailable. 8. Restrictions and ending your account

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or material breaches of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Any handling of paid access remains subject to your purchase terms and applicable law.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion through Delete account. Export work first. Deletion removes access to the account's services, credits and subscriptions, but does not automatically erase files stored in your browser. Contact support separately about a disputed purchase or a personal-data request.

9. Responsibility and legal protections

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, an exact output, or suitability for every purpose. You are responsible for checking inputs, results, permissions and publication context.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer guarantees. They do not remove responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other conduct for which the law prohibits an exclusion.

10. Changes, questions and disputes

Changes are identified by the revision date on this page. Where required, we will provide notice or seek agreement before a material change takes effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights from an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Send questions or disputes to official@deepany.ai or the mailing address above. This is not a requirement to give up a complaint, court, or consumer-protection right. Applicable law determines the governing law and competent authorities, including mandatory protections in your place of residence.
